FAQ

When you bring your Fur Baby to us, we provide food, bowls, bedding, and a caring, loving environment. We understand that boarding a dog for any length of time can be stressful, especially if it is unexpected, and we try to make their stay more relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

If your dog is on a special diet or if you feel more comfortable with bringing a few of you pets toys from home, you are more than welcome. Bedding is provided for all guests, but you are welcome to bring your bedding from home if that will make your pet feel more comfortable.

We require proof of a current Rabies (3yr or 1yr are acceptable), Distemper [DHLPP, DA2PP, etc. (3yr or 1yr are acceptable)], and Bordetella (1yr is acceptable). We will also accept distemper titers. This policy is in affect for all of our guests either boarding or for daycare.  Our number one concern is for the safety of your Fur Baby.

No. We include two walks per day with everyone’s suite so rest assured we will have fun each day they are with us.

Pets who are over 6 months of age must be spayed/neutered; dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age; there must be proof of up to date vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella); and the pet must be screened for proper temperament before they are allowed to participate in playtime. Our policies are put in place for the safety of all Fur Babies and our staff.

Yes. We have breed limitations for playtime in our group environment but not for individual playtime or potty breaks. We unfortunately do not allow any pit bull breeds to participate in group playtime. While we love them dearly sometimes they can get a bit energetic and scare others which we cannot have. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Yes, we offer tours Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4 pm. We look forward to meeting you!

Yes, we can give any of our Fur Baby guests their medications. The cost is $1 per dose per medication. We do not administer medication that is injected.
